I’ve been working with Joanne for over a year now. I started doing personal training with her as I have back and neck injury. I have never been happier, she is a total professional and so attentive to what I can do and manage. She has given me the confidence to be able to work out again safely and enjoy it with a program that I am capable of doing and which suits my needs and injuries. I have been a client of Joanne’s for more than 10 years and would highly recommend her Training, Nutrition and Pilates services. Joanne helped me enormously when I discovered I was Coeliac and was struggling to make progress. Within a short time Joanne had me feeling considerably better and on the right track to get the appropriate nutrition and training in place, adjusting regularly to my needs. I first joined the pilates class in my gym more than 10 years ago, having tried many other classes and teachers. What I discovered was the best pilates teacher ever! Joanne’s approach is relaxed, inclusive and yet pushes you to want to achieve more. Her 1:1 training is balanced and targeted at your goals and pushes you to new boundaries. I've been going to Jo on and off for a few years and find her brilliant! She is very attentive to all in the class and focuses on those with injuries to offer alternatives. I particularly like the homework / practice videos she gives us every week after our class. I Would 100% recommend!

Joanne is a fantastic Pilates instructor. Her classes are enjoyable & every exercise is explained well, whether you are looking for a good workout, improve your strength & toning or recovering from injury then this class is ideal.

Joanne's classes are very enjoyable and challenging. She is extremely welcoming and caters for everyone no matter their ability or fitness level. Joanne is very knowledgeable and I learn something new in every class I take. As an athlete, I have had back issues but Joanne's classes have improved my core strength, and mobility and reduced any aches or pains I may have. If someone in the class has an injury or pain before a class starts, Joanne alters that person's session so they do not have any pain during the class and can still get a great workout in. I would highly recommend this class to anyone.

I have been doing Pilates with Joanne Price for the best part of 10 years. Joanne’s professionalism, experience, expertise and knowledge are always present. Every class brings something new. The variety and challenge make the whole experience very worthwhile. Looking forward to the next ten!!
