Service Description

Pilates is a contemporary approach to exercise. It is excellent for injury rehabilitation, spine & and back care, pelvic floor & and diaphragm function. It can strengthen & tone muscle, assist with weight loss programmes, relieve stress & and tension, improve flexibility, posture, balance and enhance coordination. This class is specifically aimed for women's health - beginner - intermediate levels. Please bring a bottle of water, your own mat, blocks & bands where possible.
