Service Description

This class is specifically designed for people who exercise regularly and participate in sports. Pilates will help improve muscle imbalances, provide strength, flexibility and endurance while also learning how power is transmitted through the body. We will find your weaker area’s, any postural issues and work to improve them in order for you to excel at your chosen sport. Please bring your own mats, blocks & bands where possible.
