Service Description

This class is a flowing combination of both Yoga and Pilates. Yoga is an ancient practice that involves physical poses, concentration, and deep breathing. A regular yoga practice can promote endurance, strength, calmness, flexibility, improved digestion, well-being and the development of everything from personal posture to spiritual awakening. Pilates is a contemporary approach to exercise. It is excellent for injury rehabilitation, spine & and back care, pelvic floor & and diaphragm function. It can strengthen & tone muscle, assist with weight loss programmes, relieve stress & and tension, improve flexibility, posture, balance and enhance coordination. I have specific classes for pre / post-natal care. Please bring your own mats, blocks & bands where possible.
